These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Littl.io (the "Website"), operated by Summit Cloud Services LLC ("Summit Cloud Services," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Website.

Account Registration

In order to access certain features of the Website, you must register an account. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Littl.io. If you are registering on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Service Description

Littl.io provides a link management and custom domain branding service. Users can purchase custom domains, create custom shortened URLs, generate QR codes, and create personalized Link in Bio pages.

We retain traffic and analytics data on all short URLs generated on the Website for statistical and service improvement purposes.

The Website also offers an API, which allows users to programmatically create short URLs and QR codes. The API usage is subject to additional terms and limitations, as outlined in the API documentation.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You shall not:

• Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that infringes any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of any party;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Website or servers or networks connected to the Website;
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or interfere with any other party's use of the Website;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or networks through hacking, password mining, or any other means;
• Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Website in a manner that sends more request messages to the Website servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional web browser.

Content Removal

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, review, and remove any content posted or uploaded to the Website that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

In particular, we may remove any links from the platform that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or violating our content guidelines.

Pricing, Payments, and Subscription

The Website offers different pricing tiers with varying limits on domains, team members, short URLs, tracking support, and API rate limits. The applicable pricing information and payment details will be provided on the Website.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but prorations are subject to review.

Domain registration services provided through the Website are nonrefundable. All terms and conditions for domain registration apply to users, and Summit Cloud Services assumes no liability in that area.

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Website and any applicable taxes. Payments are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms or as required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Website and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Summit Cloud Services. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of the Website's content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Cloud Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Website;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Website;
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the Website;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content or information provided on or through the Website; or
• Any other matter relating to the Website or these Terms.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Terms on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after the posting of any modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modifications.
